Bananas and its qualities are know and listed for decades. Good to intake bananas in regular diet as well as application on the face. Banana face wash and face packs are gaining popularity and are easily available in the market. Again fresh bananas can be used too. It is used as a moisturizer and keeps the skin soft and blooming. Banana face mask can be made at home too. For making the mask Take ripe banana in a bowl and mash it. Stir till a smooth paste is formed. Apply it on face and let it stay. Rinse to remove it.
Lemon and lemon juice has variety of benefits for skin. It can be used as an exfoliating scrub. Burning sensation can be curbed down and affected areas with dark circles become shining when lemon juice is applied to it. Again intake of lemon juice should be made a regular practice.
